New ways to commemorate Dr Goh's commemoration

Firstly, we need to draw out the areas that he had contributed in. These areas are:
-Finance
-Defence
-Education

Hence, the areas that we commemorate needs to have something to do with these few areas.

I suggest, we should name DBS(Developement State of Singapore) after him as this was one of his most impressive public policy achievement.

As for Defence, they SAF should name one of their training grounds after him. After all, it was Dr Goh that set up the local defence technology section.

For education, ACS(I) should set up a hall to commemorate him as this was the place that he recieved his secondary school education.
